How to Apply
Who can apply?
The Transition Year Week is open to all 15–17-year-old students based in Dublin. This programme will be in the Docklands area, we are particularly encouraging local students to apply, but we welcome all students who have the capacity to get to Google during the week.
You don’t need to be familiar with coding or technology — just curious, creative and enthusiastic about shaping better futures for your community.
What's the application process like?
Applications are open now and close at 10 pm on Friday, 31st October. There are 20 places in total. To apply, you’ll answer a few short questions about yourself, describe a challenge in your area, and suggest how technology might help solve it.
Places will be assigned based on enthusiasm and creativity. Successful participants will receive confirmation emails the week after applications close.
